I ordered 10 filaments from this supplier to Australia. The product quality is very good and I'm happy with the materials overall. However, the shipping experience was quite stressful. Initially, the shipment was sent via sea, and it took over a month to arrive. Unfortunately, I only received 3 filaments in the first delivery due to an issue with the freight forwarder. After reaching out to Jim, he was responsive and helped resolve the issue by sending the remaining filaments via air, which I received within 10–12 days. It was a hectic process with daily follow-ups, but in the end, I received all my items and the product quality met my expectations. No es exactamente igual a mi muestra la cual envié y me aseguraron hacerlo igual pero no pudieron encontrar la fibra interna. Vamos a probar ahora su calidad.
